1.The difference between vap/vep

ThetermVap means Voting Age Population. Itis an estimationof thetotalnumberof peoplewhoare eligibleto voteirrespective of whethertheyhavebeenregisteredas votersornot. On thecontrary,Vep is an abbreviationof thevotingeligiblepopulation.Itinvolvesthenumberof peoplethat havebeenregisteredto casta voteduring an electionexercise(Penczek, pp.336-350).2.Thefour mostsignificantchangesin American electionssince thefoundation Therewastheimpositionof a literacytest.Secondlyassessmentof thetaskwascarriedout.
