This stereotype has been in existence for a while. A researchconducted by Indian Institute of Mathematics showed that Asians arehighly reliable in any data analysis industry all over the world. Inaddition, for a long period, they have proved to perform exemplary inthe classroom compared to the other races in the world.

Finns are hardworking and honest.

It is a stereotype prime from the high motivation of “Finns” inbeing successful above their competitors. It is not obvious, though,Finns managers have a greater prospect of transforming a company thanmanagers from other sub-communities.

Chinese are reliable for engineering work.

This stereotype indicates that the Chinese people are efficient andexceptional in construction works, whose sublime growth depends ontechnology. The technology advancements are instrumental to theestablished engineering skills.

Understand the cultural difference

It is substantially importance to demonstrate the sensitivity to thefirst language of the cultural diverse person. Moreover, this aspectwill enhance acknowledging cultural assumptions as well as biasesthat the client or a new working mate may inhibit (Browaeys &ampPrice, 2011). Understanding the person’s culture will also involvedesigning working program that efficiently include the person fromanother culture. It will boost their working morale, hence feelingthe pleasure of working in the organization.

Communication

It is essential for culturally diverse people. Communication is bothverbal and non-verbal. An objective discussion with a colleague or aclient makes them feel comfortable to learn more and remain with thecompany. Constructive communication will ensure that the culturalpartner develops mutual trust with other staffs.

Question 10

Learning the second language from interactions with the culturalcolleague would beneficial in future. For instance, the company manyinvolve in the transaction plan with a new client who would notmanage communicating in any other language. In such a case, one canwin the opportunity of doing business with that person throughlearning his/her language (Browaeys &amp Price, 2011).

Cross-cultural skills will also apply when the organization isplanning to expand its operations to foreign countries. Such skillswould help while negotiating with the new society. A breakthroughwould create financial achievements to the company.
