It is a stereotype prime from the high motivation of “Finns” inbeing successful above their competitors. It is not obvious, though,Finns managers have a greater prospect of transforming a company thanmanagers from other sub-communities.
Chinese are reliable for engineering work.
This stereotype indicates that the Chinese people are efficient andexceptional in construction works, whose sublime growth depends ontechnology. The technology advancements are instrumental to theestablished engineering skills.
Understand the cultural difference
It is substantially importance to demonstrate the sensitivity to thefirst language of the cultural diverse person. Moreover, this aspectwill enhance acknowledging cultural assumptions as well as biasesthat the client or a new working mate may inhibit (Browaeys &Price, 2011). Understanding the person’s culture will also involvedesigning working program that efficiently include the person fromanother culture. It will boost their working morale, hence feelingthe pleasure of working in the organization.
