This has in turnled to the establishment of private schools to supplement theincreased need for formal education. The existence of both public andprivate managed schools has somewhat brought a solution to theincreasing number of students in the United States. However, this hason the other had led to the important debate as to which of the twoforms of school management are effective for the children. This hasred to comparison of children attending the private schools to theones attending the public school.

Alot of controversy has been realized, raised, and fell over theprivate schooling and public schooling. Much of the controversy hasbeen around the merits and demerits of each of the differentschooling plans, however much of the choice about which school totake one’s children has been left to the decision of their parents.However, before making the decision many aspects have to be reviewed.This paper is an annotated bibliography analyzing ten of the sourcesthat I would consider when writing up my paper comparing andcontrasting public and private school attending children.

Thesisstatement:in the United States, there has been the use of school vouchers,which has over time given offered parents the opportunity to choosefor either a private or public school of their choice using thegovernment offered dollars. School vouchers would result to an issueof equity, and equal opportunity in education in the country.
